Stalked by the Stork...a diary of raising 10 kids

We had more football games last weekend, but the most exciting part was...my mom and sister were here! Ashley and her hubby and thier three children drove up from Knoxville to help Albert hang his T.V. and were able to be here for our second week of football. Brandon played in a town called Pinckneyville. It's a small, country town, located a bit of a distance from our own small, country town. It was a long drive. And halfway there we discovered we had left Brice at home. It was okay, because Manny was home too.
We drove and drove and drove. We drove past lots of this...

And this...

Running late, and having to drive behind this...not so fun, and sort of stressful. I may have muttered a few unkind words regarding this boat, which appeared to be self-driving.

Finally, we arrived in Pinckneyville and our team got ready to play

We spread out a blanket under the trees and watched Brandon's game. The kids played while the grown ups talked and watched football. Here are some pictures of a few of my favorite football fans...









Following the game, Ashley and Justin had to leave to return home. My mom stayed on till this Saturday. I was very sad to see Ashley pull away...





We had rush from Brandon's game to Manny's game....another hour away. With Brice now safely with a family friend and Manny at the game with his team mate, we had to hurry so we wouldn't miss too much. The kids were exhausted and fell asleep in the car between the two games.


More driving thru this.... we passed our own exit on the way to the second game...until we finally arrived. We had an amazing time. He scored two touchdowns and made ten tackles! We were very proud of him!
