Are You Ready For Some Football?

Football in Mascoutah started off with a bang. This was jamboree weekend, otherwise known as scrimmages. Friday night, all three of our football players (Emanuel, Brandon and Jackson) had scrimmages on the high school field. Saturday afternoon, Brandon had a scrimmage in a neighboring town and Sunday afternoon, Jackson and Manny scrimmaged. The pics are all from Sunday, as I forgot the camera both Friday and Saturday. I'll make it up to Brandon next weekend! Hope you enjoy the pics. As an added bonus, I'll mention that Manny scored two touchdowns!

After Manny's jamboree game, one of the parents held a barbecue for players, coaches and families. Delicious! The boys enjoyed running around and playing, what else...football in the grass. The ice cream truck even made a stop!
