No Matter Where

Why must it be, that no matter where I go, or what I do, I seem to always be sporting at least one stain, spot, or evidence of mishap on my clothing? Even when I try so hard to avoid this? Case in point, last night Albert and I attended a Christmas party...not a formal one...just jeans and a nice shirt, or, um, hoodie if you're Albert. I collected our clothes earlier in the day and put them through the washer and dryer. I had them all laid out. I showered, dressed and got all ready. I looked nice. We were ready to go, but first I needed to get Mia to bed and the other kids ready to go down soon, so that the big kids would only have themselves to contend with while we were away. I nursed Miss Mia, and changed her diaper, and then put on her P.J's. I kissed her and laid her in her crib. As I walked out, I passed by the mirror..and there it was. A pee spot on my jeans. Right there around the middle of my thigh. Seriously? Just to clarify, the pee spot on my jeans actually belonged to Mia and apparently got there when I changed her diaper.I suppose a normal person could have just changed jeans. But no, not me, because all my other pants are in the dirty clothes pile... Things like this ALWAYS happen. Plus, my make up bag is lost. I can't find it anywhere. So, there I was, attending the Christmas party wearing a lovely, designer pee-pee spot and a pale face, devoid of any make-up. Fun times.

But it dried, right? And then it didn't show anymore...
Continuing to pray as always!
Psalms 86:1-3 Bow down thine ear, O LORD, hear me: for I am poor and needy. Preserve my soul; for I am holy: O thou my God, save thy servant that trusteth in thee. Be merciful unto me, O Lord: for I cry unto thee daily.

haha! Yeah, it dried, Lynn. You couldn't see it by the time we got there. I dabbed it with water anyhow so it wasn't all pee anymore.

See? so it all worked out! And you didn't have any spots when you got there!
Know that you're in my thoughts and prayers!
Psalms 86:4-7 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. Give ear, O LORD, unto my prayer; and attend to the voice of my supplications. In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me.

Look in the mirror, my child. You are a natural beauty - you don't need any makeup!

Love and kisses and see you in 9 days!!

Praying!
Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
